"I'm a returning customer who will confidently proclaim that Old Dominion is consistently the best dealership I've ever stepped foot in. I've bought 4 harleys over the past 20 years, and the last two were from ODHD. I came back for a reason, multiple reasons, actually. Let's talk sales- Kaitlin makes the typically nauseating buying experience a pleasant one. She follows up after the sale is finalized, and will jump through hoops to take care of you afterwards. The service and parts departments have taken care of me on numerous occasions, with zero lag time. Most notably, they won't try to sell you extra BS that you don't need. I had a nearby dealership try to tell me that I needed parts & labor, I new were unnecessary. ODHD shot me straight, and did everything I needed -on the spot- without pushing me to add anything I didn't want. The manager, Ben, is the backbone of the establishment, which was apparently contagious. He said he would do whatever it takes to make the numbers work, and he delivered in spades. I don't feel like a customer when stop by, I feel like family. I make excuses to drop in, because you're never treated like "some customer wandering the floor". I waited an extra day, for them to open after Memorial Day, vs buying from anyone else....and it was validated when I walked out ecstatic with the deal I got. If you're even thinking about a bike, stop at ODHD first, as anywhere else would be settling for second rate treatment."
